Urban Calm House
Through contextual analysis, the house is divided into two sections, positioning the building to run perpendicular to the sun's path. This minimizes the exposure of the building’s surfaces to direct sunlight during the day. By orienting the structure along an east-west axis, the front and rear of the house fully open to the north and south, maximizing airflow from cooler directions, where the sun's heat is less intense.

The house features a minimalist style, emphasizing simplicity
with only a few materials in a gray and black color palette.
Diagonal lines and etched patterns across the straight lines of the
building’s façade add dimension and a sense of movement,
giving the structure depth and a dynamic appearance.
