Rubrick House

After initially designing a one-story house for Khun Suporn, they requested a two-story design due to rising land costs in Bangkok, making it more cost-effective. The new design will be on a 12x19 meter plot and includes:

• Parking for 3 cars and a motorcycle

• 2 living rooms (for work and relaxation)

• 1 kitchen and dining area

• 1 hobby room for motorcycle customization

• 2 bedrooms

• 3 bathrooms

This design focuses on urban integration, prioritizing privacy by enclosing the house due to lack of desirable views. A central double-space area enhances light and openness,creating a warehouse-like feel with spaciousness and good ventilation. The exterior features dark black metal sheets paired with wood elements for balance, while slanted walls and curved lines add a modern yet soft aesthetic.
