A two-story modern vernacular house features a multifunctional open ground floor and a second floor made of frosted materials for privacy while allowing natural light. It includes adjustable sliding panels for sunlight and airflow. Affordable materials were chosen to stay within budget, omitting unnecessary elements like wall plastering and minimizing concrete to reduce steel use, incorporating more wood for cost savings. The design aims to enhance occupants' quality of life and reflect personal identity, ensuring each project is distinct and characteristic.
