Due to context in Thailand is a region that is in the tropics. This building was designed with sun and shade. The shape of the building has a contraction of balconies. Makes the building create shade to various parts of the building, which can help to reduce heat well.

The building has a central circulation layout with rooms around a stairway, allowing natural light and a semi-external feel. Features include well-ventilated areas,bamboo facades for heat resistance and aesthetics, and a rounded shape with shaded balconies. A grass-covered raised ground floor enhances airiness and reduces dust. The second floor has a living and kitchen area separated by a staircase for energy efficiency, while the third floor contains two bedrooms designed for privacy and noise reduction.
